Barrel Polishing - Cleaning Compound

To aid with cleaning, a small amount of barrelling compound should be added to the water. This is a type of cleaner specifically designed to aid with the polishing process by inhibiting corrosion on the steel shot. It will also help to keep the apparatus clean and to lubricate the tumbling action. The water and cleaning compound solution should be changed occasionally, using about half a teaspoon per barrel.
