Haslet is a savoury meat loaf recipe from Derbyshire. It can be served hot, or cold as a sandwich filling.
Ingredients
- 1 lb minced pork
- 5 oz breadcrumbs
- 5 oz finely chopped onions
- 2 teaspoons chopped sage
- 1 teaspoon mace
- Seasoning
Method
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly
- Bake uncovered in a well greased loaf tin for 1 hour
- Serve hot or cold
